We have established a robust DEI Council, led by a dedicated business sponsor, to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization. The Council is instrumental in embedding our DEI commitment into every facet of our operations, ensuring that our values are consistently upheld and reflected in our workplace culture.

We host comprehensive expert sessions covering crucial topics such as LGBTQ+ inclusion, supporting people with disabilities (PWD), and more. These sessions provide our associates with valuable knowledge and practical insights, enabling them to actively contribute to creating a more inclusive workplace. By learning from experts, our team is better equipped to understand diverse perspectives and foster a culture of inclusivity.

Our tailored DEI sensitization programs are designed specifically for recruiters, HR professionals, and hiring panels. These programs ensure that our interview processes are smooth, unbiased, and inclusive. Through rigorous training, we empower our teams to conduct fair and respectful interviews, creating an inclusive hiring experience for all candidates and reinforcing our commitment to diversity at every recruitment stage.

To promote awareness and celebrate diversity, we have curated an exclusive DEI calendar featuring significant days such as the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia & Biphobia, Pride Month, Learning Disability Week, and more. This calendar serves as a cornerstone for our DEI initiatives, marked by informative mailers, engaging videos, and interactive events. By keeping our associates informed and involved, we foster a sense of belonging and ensure that diversity and inclusion are celebrated year-round.

It all began with a vision—to Care, Commit, and Empower. Established on International Women’s Day in 2022, WE@IN unites the women of Indium, promoting the sharing of insights, experiences, and well-being.

Since its inception, WE@IN has seen remarkable participation in sessions featuring veterans who shared their success stories and struggles, inspiring our women to excel and stay consistent. We organized health sessions on Yoga and Ayurveda, along with raising awareness about breast cancer, PAP smears, and overall women’s health. Our commitment to continuous learning was demonstrated through technology talks and a personality development program.

We also support nature with sessions on microgreens. At WE@IN, we cherish every moment as we build a lifelong community.
