Our client, a subsidiary of the Blues plan, is a top provider of Third-Party Administrative (TPA) services across the East Coast of North America. Their services include benefit administration, claims processing, and provider network management. Recently acquired by the Blues network, they were poised for rapid growth and needed a strategic partner to support onboarding a large influx of new clients.
